Velkin Privacy Policy

Velkin is operated by Orabi Zeidan under the Pixelberry brand. Contact: pixelberry.studio@icloud.com.

The following remain on your device: imported audio and artwork, playlists, pins, listening history, queue and playback position, and skin, haptic and other settings.

Depending on your Apple device backup settings, your backups may include this data.

• There is no developer-operated server hosting your music library.
• There is no advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics SDK.
• Velkin never receives your Apple Account password.
• Velkin does not access HealthKit or workout information in the public free release.
• Velkin has no public sharing of user-generated content.

If you choose to use Apple Music, requests made through MusicKit and the loading of artwork connect to Apple and its providers, which have their own privacy policies.

Apple may separately collect diagnostics according to the choices you have made with Apple. Velkin does not control that collection.

Artwork you select from Photos or Files stays local on your device.

If you email support, we receive only the details you choose to send. We use them to help with your request, not for marketing. We keep them as long as needed to handle the request and meet legal obligations.

To ask for your support correspondence to be deleted, email pixelberry.studio@icloud.com.

• Revoke Music access at any time in the iPhone Settings app.
• Delete local files and playlists in the app where supported.
• Remove the app to clear its local data.
• Manage your device backups separately through Apple's settings.
